Mr Peter Alan Gregg, the previous Chief Financial Officer of Leighton Holdings Limited (now CIMIC Group Limited), has been charged with two counts of falsifying company documents in 2011, contrary to s1307(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Mr Gregg is due to appear in the Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on 31 January 2017.

This matter is being prosecuted by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
