Electronic Lodgement Protocol

ASIC's Electronic Lodgement Protocol (ELP) sets out the terms and conditions for lodging electronic documents with ASIC. 

We offer specific terms and conditions for online services available through ASIC Connect. This includes business name holders, financial advisers and authorised representatives:

Notice of variation to ELP

Pursuant to clause 1.2 of the Electronic Lodgement Protocol (ELP), the following variations are made to the ELP:

Section	Description
Schedule 1 - Part B, Item 2	Removed Form 529 as part of the commencement of insolvency reforms Added Form 530 so that the Form may be lodged via the liquidator portal Update to column 3 for Form 531 as fee may be payable Update to title of Form 908 Added new forms 5022, 5601, 5602, 5603, 5604 as part of the commencement of insolvency reforms Added Form RL08 so that the Form may be lodged via the liquidator portal

This notice of variation takes effect as of 1 September 2017.
