ASIC's Electronic Lodgement Protocol (ELP) sets out the terms and conditions for lodging electronic documents with ASIC.

Notice of variation to ELP

Pursuant to clause 1.2 of the Electronic Lodgement Protocol (ELP), the following variations are made to the ELP:

Schedule 1 - Part B, Item 2

  • Removed Form 529 as part of the commencement of insolvency reforms
  • Added Form 530 so that the Form may be lodged via the liquidator portal
  • Update to column 3 for Form 531 as fee may be payable
  • Update to title of Form 908
  • Added new forms 5022, 5601, 5602, 5603, 5604 as part of the commencement of insolvency reforms
  • Added Form RL08 so that the Form may be lodged via the liquidator portal

This notice of variation takes effect as of 1 September 2017.

What is an industry funding security key?

Your industry funding security key is a unique number used to launch an online transaction in the ASIC Regulatory Portal that will enable us to calculate your final industry funding invoice. You will be prompted to submit business activity metric information on the operation of your business in the previous financial year.
