Register of carbon registrants
This PDF register lists all entities that were registered to provide financial services in relation to regulated emissions units. The registration period enabling the provision of financial services in relation to regulated emissions units closed on 31 December 2012. Those registrants registered at that date were cancelled even though they had submitted an AFS Licence application prior to 31 October 2012 due to the provisions of the Corporations Regulations.
Any person or company that intends to provide financial services in relation to regulated emissions units must now hold an Australian financial services licence with the appropriate licence authorisations.
