Schedules of corporations fees

The fees under the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 and Corporations (Review Fees) Act 2003 are indexed each year from 1 July based on any increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous March quarter.

The following table outlines the fee changes effective from 1 July 2017 for:

  • fees under the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 - Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001, and
  • fees under the Corporations (Review Fees) Act 2003 - Corporations (Review Fees) Regulations 2003
