Options for renewing

If you have a registered business name, you will need to renew it with ASIC every one or three years.

If you don't renew your business name on time, ASIC may cancel it. Find out more about ASIC initiated cancellation of a business name

Before you start you will need your business name renewal notice. It is sent 30 days before your renewal is due.

If you have updated your email address with ASIC, we will email your renewal notice to you. If we do not have an email address then we will send the renewal notice to the address for service or principal place of business for the business name.

There are two options available to renew your business name.
