Requesting our assistance through the Innovation Hub

ASIC will consider all requests for assistance through the Innovation Hub. Whether we are able to offer your business assistance will depend upon the extent to which you are able to meet the eligibility criteria.

Before you request assistance, please review ASIC's published guidance and think about how the law might apply to your innovation. This will help us help you more effectively. As a starting point, you may want to look at our advice on licensing and regulation and the Regulatory Index on our website.

To request our assistance please complete this document: Innovation Hub assistance request form (WORD, 30 KB).

Your answers to the questions in this document will help us to understand your business, and the type of help you need. This document is a tool to help start our discussion – it is intended to be quick for you to complete, and not to be a barrier to seeking help.

Once you have completed the document, please send it (and any relevant attachments you wish to include) to us at
