Changing details of your credit licence -new applicants
Before you apply for a licence you should check to see if your details are current and update them if necessary.
In your licence application, your details will be pre-filled in the online application form from other registers that ASIC keeps (for example, the company register and financial services licensee register).
Your details must be up-to-date so that your application is correct.
If you are a company:
First, you must update your company details using Form 484 Change to company details.
Then, you can start your application for a credit licence.
If you are a financial services licensee:
First, you must update your licence details using Form FS20 Change of details for an Australian financial services licence
Then, you can start your application for a credit licence.
If you are not a company or a financial services licensee:
You will have to enter your details through your online credit licence application.
