Getting a copy of your search products
When you purchase a search product through our online registers, we'll send it by email. If it's a certified document, we'll ask you for a postal address and send it by mail.
You can also download copies of products you've previously bought, as long as they were purchased in the last 90 days.
Getting copies of products you've bought previously
If you've purchased a product in the last 90 days, you can visit ASIC Connect to download another copy. If it's been longer than 90 days, you'll need to purchase another copy of the product.
To retrieve your copy:
Step 1 - Visit ASIC Connect
Visit ASIC Connect and find the 'Previous purchases' panel on the right hand side.
Step 2 - Enter your email address and date range OR enter your receipt number
To retrieve your product, enter the email address linked to the original purchase and the date range.
Alternatively, enter the receipt number you received in your email when you first purchased your search product.
Step 3 - Select the search product you need
You'll see a list of products that match your details. Click the receipt number to see more details.
Step 4 - Download a copy of the search product
You can then download a PDF copy of the search product. You'll also receive a copy of your original payment receipt, or you can request the product be sent to another email address.
