Name of business

The name of the business being searched in this extract. 

Date and time

When the search was undertaken. The information was correct at the time of issue. 

Business name details

Current address for service of documents

An address that the business name holder must provide for receiving communication and notices. 

Start date

This is the date the address started. 

Historical address details

If there are any former addresses, they will be listed on the extract below the current address. 

Principal place of business

The address where the business name holder carries on business. 

Holder type

This is the type of holder of the business name (individual, partnership, company etc). 

Name

This is the name of the current holder of the business name. 

ABN 

This is the holder's Australian Business Number that is currently linked to the business name. 

If the holder is a company, their Australian Company Number (ACN) or Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN) will also be listed here. 

Holder start date

This is the date from when the holder took ownership of the business name. 

Partner details

Shows the names of the current partners. 

Current holder start date

This is the date from when the current partner commenced ownership of the business name. 

Historic partner details

If there are any, details of all partners who have previously held the business name will be listed. 

Holder end date

This is the date from when the historic partner ceased ownership of the business name. 

Business name representatives

If the business name has any nominated representatives, these will be listed here. 

Principal contact

This is the current representative for the business name. 

Historic principal contact(s)

This is a list of the previous representatives for the business name. 

Current business name details

This is a summary of all the current business name details. 

Next renewal date

When the business name is next due for renewal. 

Former state and territory registration details

If the business name was registered before 28 May 2012, the former state and territory registration details will be listed here. 

Former state or territory of registration

The state or territory where the business name was previously registered. 

Former state or territory identifier

The business name registration number that was issued by the previous state or territory body.
