In 2013 we released two consultation papers proposing updates to Regulatory Guide 146 Licensing: training of financial product advisers (RG 146):

  • Consultation Paper 212 Licensing: Training of financial product advisers: Updates to RG 146 (CP 212) on 24 June 2013, and
  • Consultation Paper 215 Assessment and approval of training courses for financial product advisers: Update to RG 146 on 19 August 2013.

The consultation period for both papers closed on 30 September.

We received submissions to each CP and some which addressed both.
