How to lodge this form

You can complete and lodge the form online in the portal.

Use the ‘Lodge Scheme of Arrangement documents – explanatory statements and court orders’ transaction.

You can also apply for relief in relation to a scheme of arrangement through the ASIC Regulatory Portal.

  • Use the ‘Apply for ASIC approval, consent, statement, nomination, or other’ transaction to apply under section 411(2)(a) for ASIC to reduce the 14-day notice period of an application under section 411(1) or section 411(1A) for a scheme of arrangement.
  • Use the ‘Apply for ASIC approval, consent, statement, nomination, or other’ transaction to apply for ASIC consent to an expert’s report accompanying an explanatory statement under clause 8305, Part 3 of Schedule 8.
  • Use the ‘Apply for an exemption, declaration or order’ transaction to apply for exemption from contents of an explanatory statement (regarding compromise or arrangement) under regulation 5.1.01(1).
