Description Notice in relation to special purpose funding entity
Purpose Registered persons or credit licensees must notify ASIC when they enter into a servicing agreement with a special purpose funding entity, cease a servicing agreement with a special purpose funding entity or become aware that a person who is a position to control or influence the special purpose funding entity performs specified actions.
