ASIC Summer School 2011 — The new regulatory landscape

Market integrity, supervision and competition will be a key focus of this years ASIC Summer School, to be held in Sydney from 21 to 23 February.

The 16th Summer School once again gives financial industry professionals insights on current issues and challenges, the latest thinking and prospects for the year ahead.

This year, ASIC Summer School will focus on the new regulatory landscape emerging from the global financial crisis, changes to market structure and supervision and Australia’s new consumer credit framework. The 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Australian Securities Commission, ASIC's predecessor, will also feature in discussions.

The three-day conference includes keynote addresses by industry leaders, concurrent workshops on topical issues and opportunities to network with other industry professionals.
