The contact person can be you, one of your officers or employees, or another person who is preparing the application on your behalf.
During the application process, we will direct any questions and correspondence about your application to this contact person.
If you are granted a licence, any general correspondence will be sent to this contact person by email. Any formal correspondence will be sent to your principal business address.
The details of this person will not be included in the public register of credit licensees. However, if you are granted a licence you will need to keep the details of your contact person (including their email address) up-to-date by lodging Form CL20. This will assist us when we communicate with you in the future.
