Information Publication Scheme
An Information Publication Scheme for Australian Government agencies has been established under Part II of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). Under the scheme ASIC must publish certain information on our website.

ASIC is required to publish all documents released under the FOI Act within 10 working days of the applicant being given access to the documents.
