ASIC seeks stakeholder feedback

Published

ASIC is seeking feedback from external stakeholders as part of its third stakeholder survey.

"ASIC strives to be engaged with stakeholders so this survey is crucial for us. The information garnered will give us insights on what we do well but crucially, where we can improve. I urge people to take part in the survey," said ASIC chairman Greg Medcraft.

ASIC commissions a stakeholder survey approximately every two years to measure perceptions about Australia’s financial system, and ASIC’s performance as the corporate, financial services, and markets regulator.

The survey includes a questionnaire that will be distributed to a broad and representative, sample of ASIC's regulated population, as well as other stakeholders.

Susan Bell Research will conduct the survey. Participant identity is confidential.

Survey results will be published online in June 2013.
