ASIC welcomes the Government’s response to the Senate Economics Reference Committee’s report into the performance of ASIC.

As the Government’s response sets out, ASIC has already implemented or is working to implement many of the recommendations to ensure it can contribute to better market outcomes for Australian consumers and businesses.
