15-273MR ASIC cancels licence of wholesale service provider

ASIC has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of Dunfo Capital Pty Ltd (AFS Licence No 403199) for failing to comply with a number of key obligations as a licensee.

In February 2015 ASIC suspended Dunfo Capital’s AFS licence for six months in order to provide Dunfo Capital with an opportunity to meet its legal obligations and licence conditions (refer: 15-055MR). Dunfo Capital has failed to demonstrate these requirements.

Dunfo Capital has the right to appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.
