ASIC has suspended the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of Sydney based financial services provider, Suetonius Wealth Management Pty Limited (Suetonius), until 28 February 2024.
Suetonius had failed to lodge its financial statements and audit reports for financial years ending 30 June 2021 and 30 June 2022.

If Suetonius has not lodged its financial statements and audit reports by 28 February 2024, the end of the suspension period, ASIC will consider cancelling its AFS licence.
Suetonius’ licence was suspended on 17 November 2023.
