On 20 March 2025, the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions discontinued charges laid against David Justin Burke, of Natural Bridge, Queensland.
In 2018, Mr Burke had been charged with five counts of giving false or misleading information to ASIC during its investigation of G8 Education Limited’s 2015 takeover bid for Affinity Education Group Limited.
