ASIC has cancelled the registered agent status of Mr Faheem Ahmed Syed, the sole director and shareholder of AGFA Accountants Pty Ltd for breaches of ASIC’s Registered Agent Terms and Conditions.

ASIC expects all registered agents to comply with the terms and conditions of their registration.

ASIC is taking action to suspend or cancel registered agents that breach those terms and conditions.
