Lodging Period	Within: 7 days of cessation of business interstate, of a registered body 7 days of cessation of carrying on a business in this jurisdiction, of a registered foreign company 1 month of commencement of winding up proceedings, to notify of the appointment of the liquidator	Late Fees	$96 for up to one month late $401 for over one month late
