Abandoned Company Liquidator Panel members

ASIC’s Abandoned Company Liquidator Panel comprises suitably qualified and experienced registered liquidators that ASIC can appoint under section s489EA of the Corporations Act 2001.

ASIC may appoint a liquidator to abandoned companies to enable employees of those companies to access unpaid entitlements under the FEG Act.  These employees would not have access to their entitlements unless ASIC appointed a liquidator.
