This consultation paper sets out further proposals to amend the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting) 2013 made under s901A of the Corporations Act 2001, following our first round of consultation in Consultation Paper 334 Proposed changes to simplify the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting): First consultation (CP 334). We are also giving our feedback on the first round of consultation.

We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders on our proposals. We also request certain information from stakeholders to inform the development of our final rules.

This consultation paper sets out proposals to amend the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting) 2024 made under s901A of the Corporations Act 2001 for certain data elements, consequential rule changes, and other minor changes. This consultation paper follows our first round of consultation in Consultation Paper 334 Proposed changes to simplify the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting): First consultation (CP 334) and our second round of consultation in Consultation Paper 361 Proposed changes to simplify the ASIC Derivative Transaction Rules (Reporting): Second consultation (CP 361).

We are seeking the views of interested stakeholders on our proposals.
