Difficulties with our online services
We will publish information on service availability if our online services are currently affected by scheduled upgrades or interruptions.
To report a difficulty with one of ASIC's online services, including ASIC Connect you can lodge a general inquiry.
When completing the general inquiry form:
select 'On-line complaints' from the first drop-down menu
outline the difficulty you are experiencing in the 'My question is about' free text field
complete your personal details.
Note: You do not need to complete the 'Entity Number' or 'Entity Name' fields.
We aim to respond to your inquiry within 2 business days.
