  We have released regulatory guidance to assist directors to understand and comply with their duty under the Corporations Act to prevent insolvent trading. 10-164AD. 29 Jul
• Fee changes effective 1 July 2010
  March quarter CPI figures, released on 28 April 2010 have resulted in an increase to fees chargeable under the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 and Corporations (Review Fees) Act 2003.
• Special purpose funding entities and credit
  If you are a registered person or credit licensee who has entered into a servicing agreement with a special purpose funding entity you have certain notification obligations to ASIC.
