- A credit representative that is a body corporate able to sub-authorise credit representatives can appoint or revoke the appointment of sub-authorised representatives.
Do I need to register for online access?
Yes. However, access is automatic for people who prepare an application for a credit licence that is approved by ASIC.

Where can I find my credit licence number?
When your licence is approved you will be assigned a licence number. Your licence number is on your final certificate. You can also find the number on the Australian Credit Register.
What is my password?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the left-hand side of the lodgement portal and provide the information required. You will need to be able to answer the security question you set up when you originally registered for access.
Where is my reference number to resume my licence application?
If you started your application within a portal you do not need to remember a reference number, the application will be under the 'Forms in progress' list.
If you started the application directly from the ASIC website, you will need to remember your application reference number that was displayed on the screen and the user name and password you entered when you started.
If you cannot remember these details you will need to start a new application.
What happens if I forgot to attach a document to my credit licence application?
The licensing analyst assigned to your application will contact you to advise if any required documents are missing and will provide you with instructions to supply the required documents.
