Public interest disclosures
Policy and procedures
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act) provides enhanced protection for public officials who make disclosures in accordance with the provisions of the PID Act.
ASIC staff and contractors to ASIC are able to report allegations of serious misconduct by public officials (including other ASIC staff and contractors) via email to pid@asic.gov.au.
Disclosures can be made to your People Manager or to an Authorised Officer. ASIC's Authorised Officers are:

- other officers as authorised by ASIC's Chair from time to time.
