Where the notice will be sent
If we do not have an email address recorded for your business name, the notice will be sent to the business name address for service of documents.
If the business name has partners or representatives they will also be sent a letter to an available address.
It is important to keep all your business name address details up-to-date otherwise you may not receive the notice.

To check whether we have an email address for your business name you will need to log in to your ASIC Connect account
Updates to your address details should be made within 28 days of any change to your information.
