List of property to purchase on application to ASIC
Where company property has vested with ASIC/the Commonwealth (due to the company’s deregistration), ASIC may deal with the property as it sees fit. ASIC is inviting applications from interested parties to purchase vested property in the list below. In order to consider an application to purchase vested property from ASIC, the applicant must satisfy a number of requirements.
Property vested with ASIC is not limited to those listed below. Should you identify other property that currently vests with ASIC and are interested in purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact our office by emailing property.law@asic.gov.au.
