Registrable superannuation entities document register search
On 1 July 2023, Treasury Laws Amendment (2022 Measures No. 4) Act came into force. The Act makes several changes to the financial reporting and audit obligations for registrable superannuation entities (RSEs).
This register records and makes available for download copies of the below document types for RSEs:
- audited annual financial reports
- notices of director approval to the extension of an RSE audit term
- notice of removal, resignation or cessation of an RSE auditor.

How to obtain a certified copy
For certified copies of RSE documents, you can email certified.searches@asic.gov.au and provide the following information:
- RSE name and/or ABN
- document type
- received date
- status
- nominated postal address for delivery of certified copy.
