• how we administer the requirement for an issuer to obtain a person’s consent before citing them in a disclosure document or product disclosure statement (PDS): s716(2) and s1013K(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (consent requirement); and
• the relief we give from the consent requirement for statements by government officials, publications, credit ratings and geological reports.
