CP 115 Responsible lending

This paper sets out ASIC's proposals for guidance about meeting the responsible lending obligations of Australian credit licensees in Chapter 3 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Bill 2009. We are seeking the views of potential credit licensees and consumers on our proposals.
