CP 383 Reportable situations and internal dispute resolution data publication

This consultation paper sets out ASIC’s approach to publication, at a firm level, of:

• data about reportable situations reports submitted to ASIC, and
• data about internal dispute resolution submissions to ASIC.

In particular, this paper sets out our proposals regarding:

• how we will present and contextualise the data
• the scope of the data we will publish, and
• the data elements we propose to publish.
