Use Form 407 to notify cessation of foreign company.

  • 7 days of cessation of business interstate, of a registered body.
  • 7 days of cessation of carrying on a business in this jurisdiction, of a registered foreign company.
  • 1 month of commencement of winding up proceedings, to notify of the appointment of the liquidator.
