Purpose
Use Form 409 to change name or constitution of foreign company or change to the powers of Australian resident 'Board' of directors of foreign companies.
This form must not be used to change details of an Australian company. See changes to company details.

- Submit the form in PDF format.
- For translated certified documents, the signature of the translator needs to be hand-written, a digital signature will not be accepted. All other certified documents must also include hand-written signatures.
