489 Notification of change of registered office or office hours of a registered body

form – 489

Purpose

Form 489 is used by a registered foreign company or registered Australian body to notify ASIC of a change to:

  • a registered office in Australia
  • office hours in Australia, or
  • a change to the overseas address.

This form must not be used to change details of an Australian company. See changes to company details.
