Purpose
Use Form 960 to apply for a copy of a certificate showing:
- details of registration of a company (this certificate can also be purchased online through ASIC Connect organisations and business names search)
- that no corporation was registered by the name(s) nominated in a particular period
- holding of office (director, secretary or principal executive officer) of the person(s) nominated
- the entry of a charge (conclusive evidence - does not apply to a charge provisionally registered)
- details of a charge (prima facie evidence)
- registration of reduction of capital (last reduction)
- any other information.
