How to submit

Applications should be submitted through the ASIC Regulatory Portal. Application for reduction of lodgement period under s218(1) is to be submitted under the ‘Apply for ASIC approval, consent, statement, nomination, other’ transaction. 

Application for declaration that s224(1) does not apply is to be submitted under the ‘Apply for an exemption, declaration or order’ transaction.
