FS90 Notice that a product in a PDS has ceased to be available

Purpose

Use Form FS90 to notify ASIC that a financial product to which a product disclosure statement (PDS) relates is no longer available or offered to new clients.

How to lodge this form

Lodge online

You can complete and lodge the form online in the relevant portal. You may have to pay a late fee if we do not receive your form within the lodging period.

  • {Late01} for up to one month late.
  • {Late02} for over one month late.

Lodging period

As soon as practicable, and in any event within 5 business days after the financial product to which the statement relates ceases to be available to be recommended or offered to new clients in a recommendation, issue or sale situation.
