Terms and conditions of email lodgement with ASIC

When sending an email lodgement to ASIC, you must keep the email and a copy of the document for at least 7 years.

You don't need to submit the original form when lodging by email.

The maximum size of emails that we will accept is 10MB.

  • Form 519 - Notification of court action relating to winding up
  • Form RL35 - Notice by industry body of possible grounds for disciplinary action

What is an industry funding security key?

Your industry funding security key is a unique number used to launch an online transaction in the ASIC Regulatory Portal that will enable us to calculate your final industry funding invoice. You will be prompted to submit business activity metric information on the operation of your business in the previous financial year.
