Schedule 1 forms - Credit regulations

Schedule 1 to the National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010 (Regulations) provides forms that are required to be given to consumers regarding credit contracts and consumer leases.

See regulation 6 of the Regulations and section 208 of the National Credit Code (which is Schedule 1 to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009) for information about compliance with the forms.

The following forms contain the wording prescribed by Schedule 1 to the Regulations.

This form provides information about the rights of any spouse, partner or other resident in the home of a person who is signing a contract for a reverse mortgage.
