In 2013 we released two consultation papers proposing updates to Regulatory Guide 146 Licensing: training of financial product advisers (RG 146):

  • Consultation Paper 212 Licensing: Training of financial product advisers – Updates to RG 146 on 24 June 2013, and
  • Consultation Paper 215 Assessment and approval of training courses for financial product advisers: Update to RG 146 (CP 215) on 19 August 2013.

The consultation period for both papers closed on 30 September.

We received submissions to each CP and some which addressed both.
