Registered liquidator disciplinary decisions
Schedule 2 Committee referrals and decisions
Under s40-50 of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 ASIC may refer a registered liquidator to a disciplinary committee.
The table below sets out the referrals made by ASIC to a disciplinary committee since 1 March 2017 (when this disciplinary regime started), and the results of those referrals where the committee has decided ASIC should publish information about the committee’s decision.

As a result of the cancellation the Committee is not able to make a decision on ASIC’s referral and will not consider the matter. |
