The ASIC Derivative Trade Repository Rules 2013 (2013 Rules) commenced 10 July 2013 with a sunset date of 1 October 2023. On 1 October 2023, the ASIC Derivative Trade Repository Rules 2023 commenced, in substantially the same form as the 2013 Rules, with a sunset date of 1 October 2033.
