The people who work at ASIC are key to the ongoing effectiveness of our organisation.
ASIC has offices and staff, including a Regional Commissioner, in each state and territory capital city. We are committed to attracting and engaging a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities that ASIC works for and regulates.

In 2025 ASIC participated in the APS Census for the first time since 2019, with a participation rate of (71%), including a strong employee engagement score (74%).
