• ASIC Corporations (Derivative Trade Repository Rules−DDRS) Instrument 2023/725 commenced 1 October 2023, provides DDRS with relief from certain provisions of the ASIC Derivative Trade Repository Rules 2023, conditional on compliance with specified Singaporean law requirements and other specified conditions. It repealed and replaced Exemption Instrument No. [14/0913] in substantively the same form.

• ASIC Corporations (DDRS Class Exemption) Instrument 2024/557 commenced 22 August 2024, provides a class exemption to the officers of DDRS with relief from Rule 2.1.1 of the ASIC Derivative Trade Repository Rules 2023 substantively replacing ASIC Class Exemption Instrument [14/0911] which was repealed by ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2024/556.
