Complaints about our handling of your report of alleged misconduct

What do these complaints relate to?

Reports of misconduct are tip-offs, complaints or reports you make to us about companies, company officers, financial or credit service providers and other third parties you are concerned are acting against the law.

  1. Find out more about reporting misconduct including where to lodge an online report.
  2. If you have lodged a report of misconduct and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the ASIC officer you have been dealing with to request a review of our decision.
  3. If, after our review, you remain unsatisfied with our decision you can take your complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
  4. If, after our review, you remain unsatisfied with our processes or people you can lodge a complaint online.
