Complaints about our handling of your report of alleged misconduct
What do these complaints relate to?
Reports of misconduct are tip-offs, complaints or reports you make to us about companies, company officers, financial or credit service providers and other third parties you are concerned are acting against the law.
- Find out more about reporting misconduct including where to lodge an online report.
- If you have lodged a report of misconduct and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the ASIC officer you have been dealing with to request a review of our decision.
- If, after our review, you remain unsatisfied with our decision you can take your complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
- If, after our review, you remain unsatisfied with our processes or people you can lodge a complaint online.
