Natural disaster relief
If you're having trouble paying fees and/or lodging documents, we may be able to help.
We realise that circumstances such as natural disasters may make it difficult for you to meet your lodgement obligations.
If you are facing hardship or severe disruption as a result of a natural disaster (such as drought, cyclone, flood, bushfire) and are finding it difficult to pay fees, it may be possible to make arrangements with us to take account of your situation.
We can review fees incurred as a result of matters outside your control. In some circumstances we may be able to waive fees or provide another way to manage the obligation.
If you have lost your records, we may be able to help you to obtain ASIC documents and information from our registers.

- your name and contact details
- your entity name and company, registration or licence number
- details of your current situation
- details of the records that have been lost and the documentation you need copies of.
